Hi, its Friday and once again time for Rochelle’s Friday Fictioneers – the inspiration for the flash fiction is a photo from Rochelle herself, you can see the full version on the link below. My piece of 100 words is entitled, ‘Spinning-Wheel Stories’, thanks for reading.
(PS: if you want to see further inspiration for my flash fiction have a listen to the You Tube link below)

Dear Angela,
What a delightful tale. Grandma spun memories, didn’t she?
Shalom,
Rochelle

Thanks – Little Women by Louisa May Alcott came to mind it was one of the first books I read. Her spinning-wheel stories where also a great find!

That was a sweet tale. It reminds me of what I do, put on an audiobook as I do dishes, laundry, work in the yard… It’s not as personal, but it helps get through the task.

This is lovely. And I love the sound track of the spinning wheel giving her words magic too… I can just hear it humming away. Great piece!

Angela, imparting wisdom to the next generations is something to be done with love, and via stories at the spinning wheel, she does it well. Good story that I enjoyed very much.
