Hi, today I am once again inspired by murisopsis ‘My Name scavenger hunt’, where she has selected a number of poetry forms which have names, please see link: https://murisopsis.wordpress.com/2022/08/31/looking-at-names/
I have chosen the Joseph’s Star poem, a poetry form created by Christina Jussaume in memory of her father. The poem has stanzas of 7 lines (or multiple stanzas), no rhyme, and no topic restrictions. Each stanza has a strict syllable count of 1/3/5/7/7/5/1, it should centre aligned, and each stanza should be a complete statement. Hope you like it 🙂
