Monday Haiku

Hi, take a look at Mark’s blog, we have entered the micro-season of “The Maple and the Ivy Turn Yellow” (Nov 02 – Nov 07). This is the third micro-season of the mini-season of Frost Descent. This week’s haiku invitation from Mark is to write a haiku or senryu that references autumn leaves; https://naturalistweekly.com/2022/11/04/micro-season-the-maple-and-ivy-turn-yellow-2022/ and this will also form my seventh haiku for my month of November.

Thanks for looking 🙂 happy Monday everyone, have a peaceful yet productive week 🙂

I was born and live in rural North Wales (UK) and found poetry again after a lifetime, so grateful I did :)

  1. I really enjoy the images you have for both your haiku and the haiku header. I also like that your haiku highlights the impermanence of all things! Wonderful!
