Hi, Mark in his blog discusses the bear and his hibernation in this the second micro-season of Major Snow: https://naturalistweekly.com/2022/12/16/micro-season-the-bear-retreats-to-its-den/
This week’s haiku invitation is to write a haiku or senryu that references hibernation or winter seclusion. Here is my contribution 🙂

Awesome bear photo.

Smart bear! Wish I could stay in my den today, it’s only 7°F here this morning!
Well written, Angela! 💞💞💞

Isn’t it something how 14 can EVER feel balmy…yet it does! Stay warm!

Wonderful hibernation haiku and bear photos! Over here the snow has stopped for a few days! Time to shovel out!

Thanks Mark ❤ – not sure what the weather is doing here in North Wales, we had snow last week, went to minus 5, today it's 14 degrees – climate change undoubtedly.
