Over on Coleen’s blog she informs that this is the first week of the Heavy Snow (December 7 – 20) https://tankatuesday.com/category/tankatuesday-challenges/, she provides the lovely scene below for our syllabic poem – we are to look for the kigo words in the painting and use one or two in our poem. I have written a tanka and the season’s Kigo used are frosty; winter; snowflakes; fox and white hare 😊

Oh, this is fabulous, Ange! I love the personality of the fox. It’s a great analogy too… the fox contemplates winter, and the hare (a symbol of spring) flashes by! Brilliant! xx
